You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and include the original packaging and accessories. Contact support before sending anything back. Return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility unless the order was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Can I return just one item from the bundle?

Do not send one component back without approval. Contact support first so eligibility and the refund amount can be confirmed, as any approved partial return must account for the discount applied to the complete bundle.

Do I need tools to install everything?

No drilling is required. The countertop organiser needs minimal tool-free assembly, the shower caddy uses tension, and the hooks use suction on a clean smooth surface. Measure and check every fitting surface first.

Is this safe for rental homes?

The reset is designed around removable, no-drill installation. Results still depend on the surface and ceiling condition, so avoid fragile ceilings, textured or peeling walls, and other unsuitable surfaces listed in the Fit Check.
